Our Story

Renewable energy landscape with solar and wind

Built from Experience, Driven by Mission

PWRPAC wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born from frustration—the kind that comes from sitting in darkness while studying for exams, watching refrigerated medicines spoil, and seeing family businesses grind to a halt because the grid failed. Again.

Our co-founders grew up in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, where multi-hour power cuts weren't occasional inconveniences—they were daily realities. Summer afternoons meant choosing between running a fan or charging a laptop. Monsoon evenings meant homework by candlelight. Industrial zones ran on expensive, polluting diesel generators because the grid simply couldn't keep up with demand.

These weren't abstract infrastructure problems discussed in policy papers. These were lived experiences that shaped two young engineers' understanding of what energy security actually means—and what happens when communities don't have it.

"We watched our parents' generation accept power cuts as inevitable. Our generation decided to solve them."

— PWRPAC Co-Founders

After studying engineering and working in utility operations and renewable energy development across the U.S., they saw firsthand that battery energy storage technology had finally matured to the point where it could deliver what their hometowns desperately needed two decades ago: reliable, affordable, clean power that doesn't depend on an overburdened grid or expensive diesel.

But they also saw the gap—brilliant technology struggling to reach the customers who needed it most because of financing barriers, technical complexity, and a lack of trust in vendor promises. PWRPAC was founded to bridge that gap: bringing institutional-grade battery storage systems to industries and communities with genuine energy challenges, not just balance sheet optimization opportunities.

Energy Security

Nobody should have to plan their life around power availability. Resilient infrastructure is a fundamental right, not a luxury.

Economic Fairness

Energy costs shouldn't be a barrier to productivity. We deliver systems that pay for themselves through real, measurable savings.

Climate Action

Every diesel generator we replace, every solar system we optimize—these aren't symbolic gestures. They're tangible reductions in emissions.

Team collaborating on sustainable energy project

A Team United by Shared Experience

Today, Pwrpac's extended team represents dozens of countries and countless stories—but we all share one thing: we've seen what energy poverty looks like, whether it's rural electrification challenges in Southeast Asia, hurricane blackouts in the Caribbean, or grid constraints holding back economic development in Latin America and Africa.

Our project managers, engineers, and analysts didn't choose energy storage as a career—they chose it as a calling. When we design a system for an oil field operator trying to reduce diesel costs, we're thinking about communities downwind of that emissions plume. When we deploy backup power for a data center, we're remembering what it felt like when critical infrastructure failed. When we optimize a C&I installation for demand charge savings, we know those savings translate to competitive advantages and job security for workers.

This is why PWRPAC doesn't just deliver battery systems—we deliver on commitments. Because we remember what it's like to be on the other side, hoping the power stays on, hoping the vendor follows through, hoping the technology actually works as promised.

We've been there. That's why we do this differently.
